The Strada Cadence is useful for riders interested in training and exercise. The Cadence sensor tells you how fast you are pedaling. This allows you to maintain the pedaling speed, aka cadence, of your desire. Many riders want to keep their cadence steady in order to improve stamina, or to improve riding form.
The small size allows it to fit into places that many other computers could not.
