We measured the naked weight of a 26" Bionx 500W wheel with a D500DV hub compared to the weight of a GoSwiss 500W wheel by HP Velotechnik. In spite of the appearance of more substance and weight, the Bionx wheel was significantly lighter than the GoSwiss wheel.
