These are two-sided pedals. That means you can ride with regular shoes, or use bicycle shoes with cleats that secure your foot to the pedal. So whether you are hopping on for a short ride, or gearing up for a serious one, the shoe fits.
The alloy cages on these pedals are lightweight and last longer than plastic. [These pedals are much lighter than the functionally similar Shimano M324.]
Sealed bearings give these pedals long-lasting durability and low maintenance.
Compatible with SPD cleats.
